The beauty of Chef Fiona NZ is flexibility and variety. From private dinner parties, exclusive dinners for two, weddings, elopements, events, picnics, canape receptions, cookery lessons, relief work and so on and so on...I am able to offer you a completely unique dining experience specifically designed around you and your guests. All you need to do is tell me what you desire and I will create a deliciously memorable experience.
An incredibly extensive and interesting array of menus can be devised, many different types of cuisines are possible, or just keep things more classic and simple. It is kind of like having a culinary escapade without leaving the country. You may also be interested in additional items such as canapes, celebration cakes, wine and drink matching suggestions, the stocking of your fridge and pantry with items for dining over the next couple of days if you are on holiday or have guests staying, picnics or even ready meals to make your experience as stress free as possible.
My focus is on the use of fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, with the Chef Fiona NZ twist, to showcase the wonderful produce that is available in Cornwall and the South West.
Whether you are after a simple, relaxed sit down dinner where your guests help themselves to dishes from the table or would prefer something more refined such as a tasting menu and waited table service, all of these are possible. I can bring the restaurant experience to you for your dinner party or even your wedding. If you book Chef Fiona NZ, it will be me who cooks for you.
